SHIP COST
Lollaland is happy to offer free standard shipping on orders shipping within the continental US.
SHIP TIMING
Most orders are shipped via USPS within 2 business days of your order. However we reserve the right to choose a carrier that best fits the business climate at the time of shipment. (Orders placed prior to 1:00 PM EST Mon - Fri, will most likely ship same business day)
Lollaland is unable to ship to PO boxes.
Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.
To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
SHIP TRACKING
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature.
With the exception of Alaska, and Hawaiian destinations, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you that your package has been shipped, along with a tracking number, method of shipment and the address to which it was sent to. This notification will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
SHIPPING ISSUES
In the event that there is a shipping problem, Lollaland will assist customers with the freight carrier to the extent possible.
Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be charged the original shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee.
We do not offer expedited delivery services.
